Booking
Bookings are made online through our website. Please provide accurate contact details, property address and any relevant access instructions.
Services & Pricing
Services, prices and minimum booking times are displayed on the website and during booking. Additional work outside the booked scope may incur additional charges, which will be discussed with you.
Payment
Payment is made online through the available payment methods. A booking is confirmed once the required booking steps and payment have been completed.
Access
You are responsible for providing access to the property at the agreed time. If our team cannot access the property, applicable charges may apply.
Cancellation
Cancellation and rescheduling are subject to our Cancellation Policy.
Property Care
We take reasonable care of your property. Please inform us about fragile surfaces, valuable items, existing damage or special requirements before cleaning.
Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and find a suitable solution.
Service Area
Glanshuis serves Amsterdam and surrounding areas. Availability outside our standard service area will be confirmed separately.
